At So Pretty on Purpose, we’re committed to providing high-quality, efficient, and professional services while prioritizing healthy hair care. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and your stylist, please review the following policies before booking your appointment:

✅ All service prices include a wash & blow dry – No need to prep your hair beforehand (unless opting for the braid prep discount, see below).

⏳ Arrive on time – Punctuality ensures you get the full experience you booked for! If you’re running late, please notify your stylist before your appointment time.

💰 Late Policy:

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee.

• If your stylist is more than 15 minutes late, $10 will be deducted from your total as a courtesy.

📏 Length Expectations:

• Refer to the braid length chart when booking to ensure you select the right size.

• Your desired braid length must be longer than your natural hair.

• Note: Curling the ends will make braids appear shorter than the listed length.

💵 Deposits & Hair Policy:

• A $10 deposit is required for all bookings.

• Braiding hair is included in your appointment.

• Additional charges apply for colored braiding hair.

✨ Save $40 on Braid Appointments!

• Clients who come properly washed & blow-dried will receive $40 off their braiding service.

• Blow dry must be smooth and fully detangled—no damp roots or excess product.
